Statement on False Accusations Against Recruitment Agencies

Statement on False Accusations Against Recruitment Agencies

The so-called National Federation of Workers and Employees (FENASOL) falsely claims to represent domestic workers. The organization applied for a license but was rejected by the Ministry of Labor due to legal violations. Despite this, it continues illegal operations, encouraging unauthorized employment and misleading public opinion.

FENASOL has falsely accused licensed recruitment agencies of human trafficking and visa trading. These accusations are baseless and serve personal and financial agendas.

The Syndicate of Recruitment Agencies, in coordination with the Ministry of Labor, is committed to protecting workers’ rights and ensuring ethical labor practices. We call on the Ministry of Interior to investigate such misleading organizations and urge the Ministry of Labor to exclude them from labor discussions.
