Based on the Labor Law and the fees regulating the employment of foreigners, and to protect Lebanese labor, all establishments in the hotel, restaurant, café, and salon sectors must refrain from employing foreign workers illegally and without a work permit issued by the Ministry of Labor in accordance with regulations. Violators will face legal action.
