The Syndicate of Owners of Recruitment Agencies in Lebanon announced that it will hold a General Assembly at 1:00 PM on Thursday, May 15, at Padova Hotel – Sin El Fil. The agenda will include the approval of the 2024 budget, in accordance with Paragraph (4) of Article (27), and granting discharge to the Syndicate Board members following the ratification of the final accounts, as stipulated in Paragraph (5) of Article (27) of the internal regulations.

The Syndicate called on all members with outstanding subscription fees to complete their payments by May 11, which is three days prior to the assembly date, in line with Article (19) of the internal regulations. Should the legal quorum not be met, the General Assembly will be postponed for 15 days and will reconvene at the Syndicate’s headquarters on Friday, May 30 at 12:00 PM, in accordance with Article (21).

The Syndicate concluded by encouraging all affiliated members to settle their dues no later than three days before the General Assembly to ensure their right to participate in its proceedings.
